Orders will typically ship out within 1 to 3 days from the time they are placed. This is an estimate, but not a guarantee. There are no guarantees.

Shipping methods selected at checkout do not affect the time it takes for our warehouse to process and pack  orders. All orders are processed in the order they are received, and standard processing times may vary depending on order volume, item availability, and fulfillment schedules.

Your chosen shipping option (e.g., UPS Ground, USPS Priority, Express, etc.) only determines the transit time; how long it takes for the carrier to deliver your package after it has been shipped from our facility.  Selecting an expedited shipping method WILL NOT expedite order fulfillment or processing.

Customers are solely responsible for shipping costs for returning eligible item. Shipping costs are non-refundable; thus, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund total.

Depending on relative location, the time it may take for exchanged product to travel may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we highly suggest collecting a tracking number from your shipping carrier and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot and will not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
